Shipping and delivery

Petselfie products are made to order. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout based on the product, destination and available delivery profile.
UK delivery
UK delivery is shown at checkout. Some eligible orders may show a free UK mainland delivery option, but many personalised Gelato products have their own UK delivery rate depending on the item.
As a guide, smaller items such as mugs, T-shirts and posters usually have lower UK delivery rates, while larger framed, canvas, acrylic or metallic prints can cost more to ship.
Production time
Most personalised items are made to order. Please allow around 3–7 working days for production before dispatch. A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- UK: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- Europe: usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: usually 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
These times are estimates only. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, courier delays, customs delays or public holidays.
Before you pay
The final shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you pay. If a free delivery option is available for your order, it will appear at checkout.
Delayed or missing parcels
For UK deliveries, we normally allow 21 days from dispatch before investigating a missing parcel. For international deliveries, this can take up to six weeks, depending on the courier and destination.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mypetselfie.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
