Gelato states that its services can process product-design content including uploaded images, text and logos, as well as order information required for fulfilment.
We will not use your uploaded pet photographs for PetSelfie advertising, social media or promotional purposes without your permission.
Please do not upload sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your order.
6. Shopify and our online store
PetSelfie is hosted on Shopify.
Shopify processes personal information when you visit or use our store, place an order, create an account or interact with Shopify-powered features.
This can include information about your device, browsing activity, purchases and interactions with PetSelfie.

PetSelfie uses Shopify Inbox, including its AI-powered Inbox agent, to provide customer service.
When you use the PetSelfie website chat:
- Your messages are processed through Shopify.
- The Inbox agent may respond to your questions automatically.
- The agent may use information from PetSelfie's product catalogue, store policies, website content and Knowledge Base to answer questions.
- Relevant customer, account or order information may be available when you are appropriately signed in.
- Conversations may be reviewed by PetSelfie for customer service, quality and follow-up purposes.
- A conversation can be transferred to a person when human assistance is required.
Shopify confirms that the Inbox agent can automatically answer questions about products, shipping, returns, sizing and store policies.
Please do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into the chat.
PetSelfie does not use the Inbox agent to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
