How Petselfie works

Petselfie turns your favourite pet photo, breed choice or personal details into a made-to-order gift.

1. Choose your product

Pick a mug, T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, tote bag or another personalised pet gift.

2. Add your pet photo or design details

Follow the instructions on the product page. Depending on the product, you may be able to upload a pet photo, choose a breed, add wording, select a colour or provide design notes.

3. Use a clear photo

Bright, clear photos work best. Try to use a front-facing picture of your pet in good daylight. Avoid dark, blurry, heavily filtered or heavily cropped photos.

4. Check everything before you order

Please check the photo, wording, spelling, size, colour and placement carefully before you pay. Most Petselfie products are personalised and made to order.

5. Your item is made to order

After you order, your item is printed specially for you. Personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you changed your mind once production has started.

6. Production and delivery

Please allow around 3–7 working days for production before dispatch. UK delivery is shown at checkout and usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch. International delivery is usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.
