This website is operated by Petselfie. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Petselfie.

By visiting www.mypetselfie.co.uk or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our other store policies, including our Return and refund policy, Privacy policy and Shipping policy.

About Petselfie

Petselfie is a UK-based online pet-gift store selling personalised and made-to-order products, including pet photo mugs, T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags and other pet-themed gifts.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Using our website

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.

You must not upload, send or submit anything that is abusive, threatening, offensive, obscene, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation or proper working of the website.

Products and personalisation

Many Petselfie products are personalised or made to order. This means they may be created using a photo, breed choice, wording, colour, size, placement or other design details supplied or chosen by you.

Please check all product options carefully before placing your order. This includes the photo, wording, spelling, size, colour, product type, print placement and delivery details.

Clear, high-quality photos work best. We are not responsible for poor print results caused by blurry, dark, low-resolution, heavily cropped or unsuitable images supplied by you.

Customer photos and uploaded content

By uploading a photo, image, design, wording or other content to Petselfie, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.

You also confirm that using the content for your order will not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other rights belonging to another person or business.

You give Petselfie and our production partners permission to use the uploaded content only as needed to process, produce, fulfil and deliver your order.

We will not use your uploaded pet photos for marketing, advertising, social media or promotional purposes without your permission.

Order acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or can be produced.

We may refuse, cancel or refund an order if there is a problem with payment, stock, production, pricing, delivery, uploaded content, or if the order appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or impossible to fulfil.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Product prices, offers and delivery charges may change without notice.

The final price, including any applicable shipping charge, will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Production and delivery

Most Petselfie products are made to order.

Please allow around 3 to 7 working days for production before dispatch. A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. UK delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. International delivery usually takes 7 to 14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods, courier delays, customs delays, public holidays or events outside our control.

Returns, cancellations and withdrawal rights

Returns, cancellations, refunds and withdrawal requests are handled according to our Return and refund policy.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you changed your mind once production has started.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, incorrect or not as described.

Product images and colours

We try to show product images, colours and designs as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and product material.

Mockups are for guidance only. The final printed product may vary slightly depending on the item, size, print area and production process.

Errors and availability

We try to keep product information, prices, descriptions and availability accurate.

Occasionally, there may be errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders or refund payments where necessary.

We may change, remove or discontinue products at any time.

Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify and production or fulfilment partners such as print-on-demand providers.

These third parties help us operate the store, process payments, produce products, arrange delivery and provide customer support.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us.

Intellectual property

The Petselfie name, website content, product descriptions, graphics, images, designs and branding belong to Petselfie or our licensors, unless stated otherwise.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit or use our website content, images, wording or designs without written permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy policy.

We collect and use information as needed to process orders, provide customer support, improve our store and meet legal or operational requirements.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petselfie is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
